So a tax was paid using a miracle to trick once more his disciples to be more faithfull followers!
Why not make the coins appear in his hands but not in his pockets...???

The more you throw a coin, the more the probability equates to 50% = 1/2 = 0.5, where probaility is normally between 0 <= p <= 1
If you talk of a probability smaller than "0", it would merely enphasize the improbability or imposibility!
If you talk of a probability greater than "1", it would emphasize the probability of more than 100% certain probaility or posibility!

CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME OF WHAT YOU CAN BE 100% CERTAIN IN "REALITY" AND NOT IN A "imaginary ideal pure science of" Mathematics?
The answer is very few things, or really and trully nothing...!

In common daily talk, we can say that we can be certain we all will die...! But a Prophet of the Bible, was taken to heaven in a whirl wind to never see death...!
The Bible claims that all human forms will "resurrect"...!

In pure logic, we cannot demand or claim such things as "resurrection"! It is of no concern, unless there be a after life "judgement"!

WHAT WE ARE SURE IS THAT IF THE FISH HAD THE "COIN" ONLY IN ITS MOUTH, IT COULD HAVE SURVIVED AND BE THROWN BACK INTO THE WATER!
FOR THOSE ANCIENT DAYS, I DOUBT THE FISH WOULD HAVE SURVIVED A GUT/BELLY OPERATION TO GET AT THE COIN...!
