...can you believe that HONK-KONG is better than Vancouver ??? ...most likely because of : human rights-freedoms, health care and no-private clinic for anything, draconisms [pay metro if you remember]: basic freedoms, one style crap housing, Federal and local Police, indefinitions in their minds, etc...!
